Matlock Preparatory Application Process:
An applicant to the school must either have high-test scores, good grades or both. Additionally a successful applicant often demonstrates proficiency in a creative field such as art, music, writing, drama, or science/math.

1. Contact with the school through email, fax or phone.
2. Appointment is made by parents to come in for an interview with the student. We do not schedule appointments while classes are being held.
3. Submission of an application at time of the interview.
4. If necessary; providing of additional information by either party to create a complete admissions package.
5. MP response to an application is either acceptance, rejection, or waiting list. Matlock generally provides a response within ten days of interview, unless the school requires more data.
6. If a student is accepted, a registration fee and signed contract must be in the office within ten days.

MATLOCK PREPARATORY IS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE THE I-20 FORM, THE FORM NEEDED FOR ATTAINING INTERNATIONAL STUDENT VISAS.  WHEN THE CANDIDATE MEETS ALL THE NECESSARY ADMISSIONS CRITERIA, AND THEY DECIDE TO PURSUE A COURSE OF STUDY AT MATLOCK PREPARATORY ACADEMY, AN I-20 MAY BE ISSUED.
