Teaching at Matlock is a dream. The administration provides support, but they allow you the space for what you to excel in the classroom and with your students.  The learning process is a creative process.  At Matlock Academy this creativity is strongly promoted with the student and with the teachers.  - S.

Its strange that there's very little paperwork for teachers, and yet our students are very successful. Could it be that its because we have more time for our students?  Without the pressures of reports and classroom statistics, I am able to spend the extra time with a student to make sure she has a full grasp of the formulas I was teaching earlier in the day. At Matlock, it's all about student success.
